With nearly three decades in the industry (yes—28 years!), Jay is the definition of a seasoned pro. OSHA 30 certified, CDL driver, crane operator, and welder—he does it all. He also runs a CNC plasma cutter side business and trains horses in his off time. A true multitasker with a head for strategy and a heart for heavy-duty work.
Cody Little
Exterior Specialist • Co-Owner
At 33 years old with 15 years of hands-on experience, Cody is our go-to for all things exterior. From concrete finishing to team leadership, he’s deeply involved in every phase of the work. Outside of the jobsite, you’ll catch him team roping or helping drive project strategy as half-owner of Dimond L.
